How to Unlock Deluge of Wrathful Waters

Complete the Prerequisite Quest

Unlock Deluge of Wrathful Waters by completing the previous act of Chapter 4, Cataclysm's Quickening! The quest automatically starts in the Fortress of Meropide as soon you open the game!

Wait until the next day

Adjust the time to the next day at (08:00 – 12:00), then head over the Fortress of Meropide: Dormitory Block and talk to Paimon. Afterwards, hand over your documents to the receptionist.

Talk to Wriothesley

While talking to the receptionist, you will feel a sudden tremor. Head to Wriothesley's office and ask him about the it, eventually learning that it's not from within the Fortress, but from the surface.

Go to the Palais Mermonia

After getting the information about Wriothesley, immediately head to the Palais Mermonia and talk to Neuvillette. After that, head to Poisson and look for Navia.

Talk to Navia

After looking for Navia and seeing the aftermath of the Primordia Sea overflow, head to the cemetery to talk to her and Arlecchino. The Knave tnen tasks you to investigate a newly-discovered ruin south of your current location.
