How to Unlock A Tea Party Most Thorny
Complete the Prerequisite Quest
To unlock A Tea Party Most Thorny, players must complete Chapter 4 Act 2, As Light Rain Falls Without Reason.
This Archon Quest, To the Stars Shining in the Depths, immediately follows the events of the previous Archon Quest Act, so players can continue the story immediately.

A Tea Party Most Thorny Walkthrough
Return to Spina di Rosula's base in the Court of Fontaine
After the events of the previous Archon Quest, Paimon will insist that you head back to the accomodations Spina Di Rosula have arranged for you in order to take the day off and rest up.
Head down to Fleuve Cendre and make your way back to the hotel that Navia had previously booked for you.
How to Unlock Fleuve Cendre Waypoint
Talk to Isadora
Upon waking up, a messenger from the Palais Mermonia named Isadora will relay a message to you saying that Neuvillette wishes to have an audience with you. Meet with the Iudex at the Palais Mermonia right after.
Talk to Neuvillette
You can find Neuvillette in his office at the Palais. Simply approach him to trigger a cutscene.
Listen to Neuvillette's thoughts
Following a meeting he and Furina had with the Knave, Arlecchino, about Childe's incarceration and subsequent disappearance in the Fortress of Meropide, Neuvillette asks you to investigate.
You and Paimon agree, and decide to prepare by heading to Café Lucerne.
Go to Café Lucerne
Make your way to Café Lucerne. Whilst having your meal, you and Paimon will run into Charlotte, who will ask you several questions about a potential story. After evading her questions, you and Paimon set off to the entrance to the Fortress.
Find Neuvillette at the entrance to the Fortress of Meropide
The entrance to the Fortress of Meropide is behind the Opera Epiclese at the end of a long walkway. Make your way there to find Neuvillette waiting for you.
Ride the Lift
After the cutscenes, it's finally time to ride the elevator down into the Fortress of Meropide.

Once you make your way to the reception area, several lengthy cutscenes will ensue of you and Paimon getting your mugshots taken, and the Fortress' different residents showing you around. This concludes the first sub-quest of Act 3!
