To begin the quest, set your in-game time to two days later and go to Lestchot's workshop and speak with Alberre and Arbon.
After chatting with Alberre and Arbon, speak with Caron, who is found near the Alchemy table in Fontaine.
Return to the clockwork workshop after conversing with Caron and speak with Livre. Following your conversation with them, the quest will be completed.
To unlock The Toy War: Heating Up Event Quest, you must complete the Act 1 quest, The Toy War: Shots Fired!
