Strategy Against Xiao's TCG Deck

Xiao's deck focuses on triggering Piercing damage with Kaeya and Keqing so he can finish your character off, with his simple, yet hard-hitting skills. It also doesn't help that Keqing has one of the widest reach in Genius Invokation, while Kaeya follows through with an excellent Superconduct from his burst.

That's why we recommend taking out Kaeya or Keqing first, depending on what kind of play you can do with your current hand. This way, Xiao won't be able to execute any of your characters, since on his own, Xiao is simply bruteforcing damage.

Mona with Ganyu, can also Freeze character cards with ease, while Keqing triggers Electro-Charged/Superconduct, thereby avoiding the dreadful combo of Keqing and Kaeya, which gives you enough leeway to think of your next move!
