Having the Ibis Piercer on Tighnari or Ganyu, who use their Charged Attacks when playing the role of a Main DPS, makes this a good weapon for them. It is especially good for Tighnari as it also increases his Elemental Mastery. If you're running the weapon for Ganyu, the bonus stat would benefit Melt reaction team comps.

F2P Weapon for Main DPS Characters

How about Faruzan with Vortex on charged attack?

For charger-attack-build Amber, it's still better Hamayumi R5 (always refering between F2P weapons).
