Part 4 Puzzle Solution

Rotating the Astrolabe
First Section 1. No height changes
2. Rotate the stars closest together to northwest
Second Section 1. Raise the height
2. Rotate the stars to southeast or 5 o'clock

Opposite of Part 3, only raise the height of the second section without doing the same to the first part of the astrolabe. For the first section, rotate the three stars that are close together between ten to twelve o'clock or northwest.

For the second section, simply rotate both stars to the southeast. The constellation in the Astrolobe forms a Sumpter Beast!

Stars glow if successful

Genshin - Glowing Stars on the Astrolabe
The stars on one section of the Astrlobe will audibly and visibly glow once you set it on the correct placement. Simply rotate the device slowly until you see and hear these prompts!
