Here's how to solve the Gathering of Stars Part 3 in this guide for the Parade of Providence event in Genshin Impact 3.6.

Part 3 Puzzle Solution

Rotating the Astrolabe
First Section	1. Raise the height 2. Rotate middle star to north or 12 o'clock
Second Section	1. No height changes 2. Rotate the two adjacent stars to south or 5 and 7 o'clock

Raise the height of the first section of the astrolabe, then rotate the three stars until the middle one sits in the north or twelve o'clock position.

The second section won't need any height changes, so move the two stars that are closer together south, while rotate the lone star to northeast.

The constellation in the Astrolobe forms a Rukkhashava Mushroom!

Stars glow if successful

The stars on one section of the Astrlobe will audibly and visibly glow once you set it on the correct placement. Simply rotate the device slowly until you see and hear these prompts!
