Complete the Comings and Goings Quest
To unlock That Incident from Twenty Years Ago quest, you will need to reach Adventure Rank 18 or above and complete Act 1 of Parade of Providence, Comings and Goings.
Unlock A Parade of Providence Event
Only after unlocking all the minigames in A Parade of Providence Event will this Quest will become immediately available.
Complete Act 1 of Parade of Providence until the Event's minigames unlock. The Quest will automatically appear in your Quest Menu.

| Quest Walkthrough | |

| 1 |  Go to the northern gate of Sumeru and talk to Dori for information about the Diadem of Knowledge. You will learn that the diadem actually got lost before. |
| 2 |  Dori will refer you to a man named Kashmer and give you the password: That Incident from Twenty Years Ago. Go to Kashmer by the south gate and say the password to him. |
| 3 |  After hearing Kashmer's story and learning that the diadem got lost somewhere in the Avidya Forest, make your way to the teleport waypoint near Gandharva Ville. |
| 4 |  You should find a hollowed-out tree just west of Gandharva Ville. Make your way inside |
| 5 |  A cutscene will play, concluding the quest! |
