How to Unlock Like a Triumphant Hero
To unlock Chapter 3: Act 3, you need to be at Adventure Rank 35 and must complete Chapter 3: Act 2 of Sumeru's Archon Quest, The Morn a Thousand Roses Brings first.

Like a Triumphant Hero Walkthrough
Find Katheryne
Talk to Katheryne (Nahida) in Sumeru City at the Adventurer's Guild. Nahida will be discussing with you a plan to possess an Akademiya scholar, named Setaria.
Gather Information
To proceed with the plan, you'll first gather information from the residents of Sumeru City in the marketplace.
Talk to the Residents

Wait Until the Next Afternoon
Wait until the following afternoon (12:00 - 18:00) to proceed with Nahida's plan.
Convince Setaria through the Residents
Start Nahida's plan by talking to Nabiya, Akim, Qishan, and Rima, respectively. It is important to remember the facts about each resident since Setaria knows them! Be careful to provide her the correct answers, otherwise she'll become suspicious of you.

Correct Answers For Setaria Guide
Wait Until the Following Night
Wait until the following night (19:00 - 24:00) and meet up with Katheryne (Nahida) at the Adventurer's Guild of Sumeru.
Retrieve the Documents
Go to the designated place at the Akademiya to receive the documents from Setaria. Once you reach the quest marker, let the cutscene play out.
Arrival at the Akademiya
At the entrance of the Akademiya, you'll be welcomed by a mob of cheering residents, followed by the Fatui Harbinger, Dottore or The Doctor. Nahida will hold off the approaching mob as you escape!
