Complete the Empty Abode Quest

To unlock the Light Guiding Ceremony quest, you will need to reach Adventure Rank 18 or above and complete the third part of Prologue: Act 3: Empty Abode!

Light Guiding Ceremony Walkthrough

Investigate the Seal at the Top of the Tower

After your conversation with Venti, proceed to the location of the light piece and take it to the light actuator. Return to Venti after you have installed the light piece.

Break the Seal in Stormterror’s Lair

Following your conversation with Venti, he will request that you break the three seals surrounding Stormterror's Lair.

It is important to note that there is no set order for what you should do first. You can begin in any seals you want.

North Side Guiding Light Seal

The three pieces on the north side are dispersed throughout the area. To get the pieces in this area, you'll have to fight some Hilichurls and Geo slimes.

	Light Pieces Location
1	The first piece is contained within a crate on the Hilichurl's camp. To obtain the first piece, defeat the Hilichurls and destroy the crate.
2	The second piece is hidden behind a boulder. When you get closer to the boulder, a Geo slime will spawn.
3	The final piece is surrounded by a wind barrier. Climb the nearby pillars and glide down inside the barrier to retrieve the light piece.
4	Deliver the parts to the light actuator in order to break the first seal.

West Side Guiding Light Seal

The three pieces in west side are easy to find as they are scattered nearby around the seal. The hard part is when you get near the seal. You will need to complete a combat challenge in order to use the pieces on the seal.

	Light Pieces Location
1	The three parts are easily obtainable around the platform that contains the light actuator.
2	When you reach the light actuator, a group of enemies will appear that you must defeat within a certain amount of time. Bring any Hydro characters you have to break the Pyro Abyss mage shield.

East Side Guiding Light Seal

The three parts on the east side are easily accessible because they are close to the light actuator.

	Light Pieces Location
1	The first part is located on top of the pillar. Use the upcurrent and glide on top to get the first part.
2	The second part is located right across the first light piece. You can easily glide down to the second part from the location of the first light piece.
3	The third light piece can be found sitting nearby the light actuator.
4	Deliver the parts to the light actuator to break the last seal.
