Get the Archon Quest fates for free as part of the extra rewards from the Adventurer Hndbook! Each Act from the Prologue Chapter to all future Chapters will grant 1 Intertwined Fate and other rewards after the Version 3.5 update.
This was also announced in the 3.5 Livestream.

Yes, you can collect Archon Quest fates from the ones you've already completed! Players can open the Adventurer Handbook and collect all of their Intertwined Fates from the Tour Guide page.
These rewards are separate from the quest rewards shown in the quest list, which are automatically collected upon completion of the quest.
Players can collect the Tour Guide rewards one at a time for each completed Archon Quest.
