How to Duel with Maguu Kengou on Hard Difficulty within 90 seconds
Watch Out for his Continuous Attacks
Maguu Kengou's slashing attacks are often done in quick succession. Be on guard and parry all of his attacks to gather Spirit faster!
Perfect Parry His Ultimate Technique
Parry right as Maguu Kengou's weapon shines a blue light to perform a Perfect Parry. This will slow down the Maguu Kengou and deal massive damage.
Use Honed Technique
Use this Honed Technique to incapacitate the Maguu Kengou! When the Honed Technique is in effect, your Normal and Charged Attacks are converted into Wind Blades that deal a lot of damage.

Parry Maguu Kengou's Combo Attacks
The Maguu Kengou favors attacking with his Wind Blades one after the other, as well as doing Combo Attacks with his Afterimage!
Perfect Parry the Maguu Kengou's Wind Blades and Combo Attacks to deal damage and gather Spirit at the same time.

Maguu Kengou's Attack Patterns
Ultimate Technique
Maguu Kengou takes the sword from his side and slashes horizontally at his opponent. Uninterrupted, this attack is immediately followed by Maguu Kengou's Afterimage doing the same attack.
Mask Rush
Like the Maguu Kenki boss, the large mask pieces at Maguu Kengou's side joins together and pushes forward, battering into the opponent.
Wind Blades
Maguu Kengou unleashes three wind blades in quick succession. In Pro Difficulty, Maguu Kengou can unleash up to five wind blades.
Honing Mask Attack
Maguu Kengou's mask pieces circle around his opponent, rushing to join together and deal damage to the opponent caught in between.
Sword Flash
Maguu Kengou rushes forward at an incredible speed, battering into his opponent.
Illusion Combo Slashes
Maguu Kengou attacks with his sword, swiftly followed by his Afterimage doing the same attack. Uninterrupted, Maguu Kengou can do this attack several times.
