How to Duel with Taroumaru on Hard Difficulty within 75 seconds

Parry All of Taroumaru's Attacks

Taroumaru's attacks primarily consist of slashes and plunge attacks. Parry all of Taroumaru's attacks to collect spirit for your Honed Technique, even if most of them won't do much damage.

Use Honed Technique on Plunge Attack

Using your Honed Technique while Taroumaru is performing his Electro Plunge Attack will immediately knock him down and cause him to enter his weak state!

Use Normal Attacks during Weak State

Once Taroumaru enters his weak state, use your Normal Attack as much as possible to deal more damage and finish the duel faster.

Ultimate Technique - Fluffy Tail Ender

Taroumaru's sword emits a blue light before releasing his Ultimate Technique. He launches at the opponent with quick and numerous slashes, with his tail completing the technique with great damage.

Electro Plunge Attack

Taroumaru deals a large amount of Electro DMG while performing Plunge Attacks up to 5 times.

Triple Spinning Slash

Taroumaru slashes the opponent from the left side, then performs an upward strike before finishing with a circular motion attack.
