The Future Star is located in Avidya Forest right in the middle of Gandharva Ville! It's floating on top of a bouncy mushroom.
Use the Teleport Waypoint nearest to Gandharva Ville and use Banu's Wisdom to find the signboard with a golden light on it. Press on the observe button near the golden light.
Use the wind currents, wind rings, and the four-leaf sigil to get on top of the large tree in Gandharva Ville!
Once you reach the area on top of the Gandharva Ville tree, use the bouncy mushroom to get the Future Star!
