Surprisingly, yeah The Bell works for Dehya. As long as there is a shield up, her dmg, on and off field, works for her
OMG is The Bell finally useful?
Wow, she is a great support. Too bad she has an 8 second down time on her skill and of her pyro application. Her burst does pause her skill duration, but only for 4 seconds. So she still has a 4 second downtime. UNLESS YOU GET HER C2, then she has 100% uptime.
I dunno if she's good or not, but she's hella fun to play. Tip: Shout "ORA ORA ORA ORA" when you use her burst. 10/10.

So who is pulling dehya?
IMO, they're have similarity in building team composition. HT can only use XQ and 4-star shield support for f2p, same as Ayaka that's only need Diona/Layla for Cryo support and XQ/Barbruh for Hydro Applicator (they're also need Anemo support tho). And for Cyno, he can use DMC/Collei/YY and XQ for f2p team. They also have expensive team: HT with Funerational, Ayaka with ShenZuha, and Cyno with NahiLan ((TBH, i also disagree with them tho))
You say Ayaka and Hu Tao don't need those premium teams to shine, you're absolutely wrong, and stupid too, and Cyno works better f2p. Imagine running Hu Tao without c1 and shield and no homeless staff, or running ayaka without a constant hydro applicator, a skillfull player can but the average can't and hence they'll suck. The same goes for cyno. Dumb
Everyone have seen her as main dps and now after they show her weapon even this event weapon it looks she ll be SS buffer, protector support :) Bennet is in Danger :D I'm curious what else we don't know about her, can't wait release
