What Does the Blue Platform in Minacious Isle Do?
Entrance to Mona's Domain
The Blue Platform marked in the middle of the island is the entrance to Mona's Domain, showcasing Phantasmal Tales and Phantom Realms. You need to interact with it by pressing the Temple of the Star Latitudes Button to enter the Domain!
Change Island Styles in Minacious Isle

There are other Blue Platforms scattered around Minacious Isle, and these change the island styles! These are two types, the original island style with all the conches and the new island style, an observatory-like area on top.
Place in Water to Change Maps
You can change maps or island styles by pressing on the Place in Water Button on the other Blue Platforms! There's one platform near the main one at the edge of the map.
How to Unlock the Blue Platform
The Blue Platform has been a fixture since the first day of the Summertime Odyssey Event, but to unlock it, you need to complete Mona's Event Quest, The Ancient Azure Stars!

Domain Platform Near the Teleport Waypoint
After completing Mona's Event Quest, the blue platform near the Teleport Waypoint will become the main platform to use for Mona's Phantasmal Tales and Phantom Realm Domain!

There are several other ''Place in Water'' Platforms that can change the terrain of the Island. These are paired up with each other and will lead you to the general location on the other island style once you activate it.
The exception to this, is the third Place in Water Platform, if you use the one in new map to change to the original one, you will be led away to the outer island.
