Changes the Mountain's Style and Height

Genshin - Broken Isle Mountain Styles
You can also use the drum to change the style of the mountains around Broken Isle. The most prominent change is the height of the mountains on the western side of the island.

It seems that Treasure Chests are also different, similar to what you can do with the Bonsai in Kazuha's area!

How to Unlock Xinyan's Drum

The Drum will unlock during the Blazin' Trails quest in Summertime Odyssey. It is used for entering Xinyan's Phantom Realm, and transforming Broken Isle's mountains.
