shimenawa is BAD for her. Very low uptime if you try to stack a decent amount of BoL. And exile's set as 4* set?? Even Berserker or Martial are better 4* options

In terms of DPS she is around A tier at best. However, she is SS tier for fun gameplay.
Tier S for me, probably Lyney level. I hope you have hands to play it, it is very fragile.
I see so many people compare her to lyney. Here has been my experience so far: They're both consistent high damage, a little fragile from their uniqueness / balancing mechanics, and like vaping with Xinqiu. Go lyney if you like charged bow mechanics and goth men. Go arlecchino if you like normal attack spam and goth women. You can't go wrong with either one. And whichever you don't pick will rerun in like 6 months anyway.

berserker character, a lot of damage and fragile like a butterfly, I didn't like it
Dragon's Bane will also be good if you don't have any alternatives. I just leveled mine to 90 because I don't have any else and it fucking slaps when paired to vape team.

absolute monster. using her with pjws and gladiator set until I can farm the new set. utilizes a shielder or xinqiu instead of a healer so opens up different combos. she is a normal attack spammer though, so if that's not your thing then maybe don't get her

Great pyro DPS, at C0 it has lyney and hutao vape level, it's probably better than these two just for flexibility and comfort and it doesn't punish you on bad rotations. With his promotional weapon he considerably increases his unitarget performance. - He is very fragile, if you don't know how to dodge you will probably suffer with this character -His vapes are at Yoimiya level (standard ICD) In itself, he is a good character, not broken but good.
It seems like everyone want to pull her. For me it will be at his next rerun if I want to, because I have too many Pyro dps hands in my team. (Diluc, Hu Tao, Yoimiya, Yanfei) She's not my priority, I'm waiting for Clorinde. Good luck for those who pull her.
