This artifact have a great chance to be the best artifact for burst hypercarries like razor or even cyno. But they wasted it by only making the passive only work with xiao
You can still get the buff from Noblesse once you swap to the character equipping this Artifact. The stack it talks about in the description refers to the buff provided by this Artifact to the character. So the character using this weapon while the buff is active will simply reset the buff.
Does this artifact set work with noblesse oblige? The set has a sentence that says it doesn’t stack. Does it mean it won’t stack with all artifacts or just itself?

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these 4pcs set on ANY CHARACTER that has at least 32% hp depleted before using BURST Skill. Keqing is the best example, and their after-burst bonus skill dmg is very very good, E and AA. big brain
I got two Crit DMG from this set. But, if u have better 2 pc VV + 18% ATK set, just use that set instead hard farming for VH artifacts
Is CRIT Rate%, CRIT DMG% even exist for this set? I used about 50 Original Resin for it, My time for cleaning 50-60 sec. with many variations of characters, at the highest level of difficulty. Still nothing. How to get this one? No luck with Anemo DMG too. T.T I guess My Xiao will stuck with Viridescent Venerer (I'm not lucky with this one either)
I think this set is for Kuki Shinobu
seeing kuki shinobu's new kit, this would work pretty well for a dps shinobu, yet still the set is pretty mid since shinobu is made as a support character
I agree in that this ONLY marginally helps Xiao and NO ONE else. Bad set all around.
Absolute trash set for all characters except Xiao and even for him only a little bit better than 2p2p.
Can be good for C2 Diluc? Because his C2 will trigger when he's taking some DMG
no because it boosts your atk, not dmg also she doesn't lose her hp that often
