The quest was unlocked on January 31, 2022, which is the release date for the third phase of Fleeting Colors in Flight! This is Part 3 of the Fleeting Colors in Flight's main event story quest.

You can only begin The Stars Inscribe The Year's Wishes once the previous Fleeting Colors in Flight event main quest, the Sky-Grazers, Landwakers, has been completed!

The unexpected fireworks theft has caused Keqing to be even busier.

The Stars Inscribe The Year's Wishes Walkthrough

	Objectives
1	Adjust the time to 8:00 - 12:00 the next day within the game.
2	Go to Qingce Village and meet up with Keqing and Xingqiu.
3	Go to the location east of Qingce Village where you will find the stolen fireworks!
4	Defeat the 6 Treasure Hoarder Scouts and 1 Treasure Hoarder Seaman to retrieve the fireworks. Note: Players will get to use a trial version of Keqing in this part of the quest!
5	Go back to Qingce Village and talk to Xingqiu, Chongyun, Pengyi, and Jingcheng.
6	Investigate the noise and talk to Keqing.
7	Find Zhongli at the Third-Round Knockout just ahead of the Teleport Waypoint on the south side of Liyue Harbor. He will be with Yun Jin!
8	Go to the Ministry of Civil Affairs on the north side of Liyue Harbor to find Keqing. This will lead to the final cutscene for the quest and event! Happy Lantern Rite, everyone!
