How to Switch to Whitenight or Evernight
Use Special Enkanomiya Mechanisms
There are special Enkanomiya Mechanisms scattered all over the Enkanomiya region. These mechanisms are connected to the Dainichi Mikoshi tower and will let you change Enkanomiya's Whitenight-Evernight state.
How to Unlock the Mechanisms
These day-night mechanisms are locked with the Danichi Mikoshi tower. Complete ''The Entrance to Tokoyo'' to unlock this!

 Shield-Lights of Tokoyo |
Shield-Lights appear as glowing barriers that can be dispelled by changing Enkanomiya states. Shield-lights that are active during Whitenight are dispelled during Evernight and vice versa. |
 Sunfire Phantasms |
Sunfire Phantasms appear and disappear depending on the Whitenight-Evernight state. A Sunfire Phantasm has a hidden puzzle in its location that will only activate after switching the state! |
 Daises of Day and Night |
These cube mechanisms appear destroyed when inactive. You can only activate them by changing the Whitenight-Evernight state. |
 Triangular Mechanisms |
You can attack these triangular mechanisms to activate them, but they will reset after a while. If a mechanism looks broken, you can switch to Evernight to restore it. |
 Places of Essence Worship |
Approach these to carry either a Whitenight or Evernight essence with you. The essence type is the opposite of whichever state Enkanomiya is in. |
What is Whitenight and Evernight?
Enkanomiya's Day-Night Cycle
Since Enkanomiya is underground, it doesn't have a regular day-night cycle. Enkanomiya instead has a Whitenight State and an Evernight State.
Switch between Whitenight and Evernight manually
The Dainichi Mikoshi tower controls Enkanomiya's Whitenight-Evernight cycle. You can manually change Enkanomiya's Whitenight-Evernight cycle with the Dainichi Mikoshi.
