In order to play Ningguang's hangout event, players will need to be AR 28 and complete The Crane Returns on the Wind Archon Quest! This quest was released as part of the 2.4 Update for Genshin Impact.

Use Story Keys to Unlock Ningguang's Hangout

You will need to use 2 Story keys in order to unlock Ningguangs hangout event. To get 1 Story Key, you need to do 8 Daily Commissions. Since there are only 4 Commissions in a day, you will need a minimum of 2 days to unlock 1 Story Key. That's a total of 4 Days for 2 Story Keys

The Jade Chamber's Returning Guest is Ningguang's first Hangout Event. It was released in Version 2.4 as part of the fifth Hangout Series, along with Yun Jin's first Hangout Event.

The suspicious person you're looking for between the two men near the bridge is the one with the lighter blonde hair.
