my Analysis: -good for new players who has no any anemo beside the traveler, Current only playable Ousia user in version 4.0, can save a lot of time weakening Pneuma powered mobs in abyss, especially the male dancing mecha boss' shield. -Sacrificial sword is her BiS -target at least 200-250 percent ER -VV set is good support if none then Instructor would do but I would recommend Exile if team lack ER.
