no, HSR powercreeps are ready to happens. Lynx is better than Natasha unless it's mono physical while Blade better than Seele/JY both AOE and ST. Loucha better than Bailu i perfer reverse powercreeps in genshin than foward powercreeps in HSR. although those benny, xq, kazu praiser may be annoying

genshin fans arent the brightest and when a character needs time and effort to be built to do damage they immediately assume it’s a bad character. if hoyoverse did release broken 4* like bennett and xingqiu every patch the powercreep would be insane and impossible for f2ps to keep up. just ignore those fans, they probably have never been outside since genshin dropped.
LTake. Spiral can be completed without even using meta teams lmaoo. The fact you need to use meta to complete spiral showcases how much of a noob you are. Also Klee sales > Kazuha sales. So Kazuha is flop. Even with Alhaitham, they failed to beat Klee lmaoo.

L take. Sales don't show the true value of a character. See Raiden had 3 successful banners yet her ass is never entering top 3 most used characters 😏 She is hailed as 'BroKEn must pull dps sub dps support' yet her usage rate is around the so called 'DPS loss Zhongli'.

Kazuha is not a catgirl waifu. Kazuha loses. ^-.-^ It's worth pointing out that the HP restoration and loss could potentially be a "strength". Based on some of the weapons and artifacts released in 4.0, Fontaine appears to be focused on providing buffs related to HP manipulation. That could be expected from how Dehya was balanced with her unique damage absorption mechanic, and we may see characters who slowly take damage over time working well with future content.
