Omg why is the genshin community so toxic when it comes to these things? Just let people build and play the characters they want, not everyone wants to play your fav, meta or whatever, tbh it is possible to clear abyss without Kazuha and other “meta” characters as long as people invest and work on their builds.

the best build for this character, build her as element mastery for sure because her ultimate, but you can build her as you wish, element mastery/anemo damage/crit rate this is the best choice. of course VV set

Loucha better than Bailu i perfer reverse powercreeps in genshin than foward powercreeps in HSR. although those benny, xq, kazu praiser may be annoying
