Without Escoffier and Furina her DMG is too low.

her f2p team is terrible. she needs furina and escoffier to deal dmg
In the testrun she does a more damage than a C3 Shogun. So a S rang should be fair i think

Just tried her out. Solidly “A teir” by the definition of that tier.
Skirk is A tier

Out of the 2 of those, Aquila. Skirk doesn't really benefit from the Physical Damage% from either weapon though, so neither is very good on her. Harbinger of Dawn (3*), Finale of the Deep (Fontaine craftable), or Calamity of Eshu if you played the 5.2 event are all better F2P options for her. Any 5* with a crit substat will work as a stat stick, but I'm not sure what weapons you have.

Obviously pull for characters you like, but Mavuika is definitely a better pull than Skirk for F2P. While her performance drops without Citlali, it's not nearly as wide a gap as Skirk with and without Escoffier & Furina. Mavuika also has the benefit of being usable as a main or sub DPS in a variety of teams, while Skirk is pretty much locked to being a Freeze DPS.
