Take a Walk Around Liyue Harbor

Liyue Harbor is getting ready for his year's Lantern Rite! Take a look around first if you want and when you're ready, fast travel to the harbor's north waypoint.

Glide down to the lower level and approach Keqing and Charlotte to see what's up.

Talk to the Suspicious Person

Those two guys at the umbrella stand looks suspicious. After Keqing and Charlotte leave, walk over to them and see what they're up to.

Go to the Kite Stall

False alarm! You can continue looking for kites to use for the competition. Return to where you found Keqing and Charlotte earlier and ask the stall owner for a good kite.

Follow the Instructions to Find Gaming

Follow the road south and find Gaming at the building just past the stage.

The minigames of Vibrant Harriers Aloft in Spring Breeze will become available after the conversation! You can start the opening quests for these first before heading out to Chenyu Vale.

Go to Chenyu Vale with Gaming

Your next destination is Chenyu Vale, a sub-region of Liyue located west of Bishui Plain and north of Minlin. If you haven't unlocked it yet, fast travel to the closest waypoint to its eastern border then navigate your way to the sub-region's first Statue of the Seven.

Once you get to the marked spot, a group of Treasure Hoarders will ambush you. Defeat them to continue.

Go to the Docks

With those out of the way, continue walking towards the docks to find Uncle Bosu, who will transport you through Jademouth and to Yilong Wharf.

Go to the Secure Transport Agency

If it's your first time here, you need to take the lift up at the Hezhe Post to reach the nearest waypoint. Continue following the marker and you will eventually find... Gaming's relatives?

Follow Gaming and Try to Avoid His Relatives's Notice as Much as Possible

Stay close to Gaming and keep your own eye on the eye icons on your screen. The circular gauge around these icons will fill up if you're too close to them. Try to avoid making them reach full until you're near the Secure Transport Agency.

Go to the Secure Transport Agency to Deliver the Goods

Regardless of the outcome, you can make for the Secure Transport Agency by following Gaming. This will trigger another cutscene before you can look around Yilong Wharf yourselves.

Walk Around Yilong Wharf

Go back to the alley past the Tea Merchant and you will find another familiar face checking out the festival preparation. Finish this last cutscene to complete the first part of Vibrant Harriers Aloft in Spring Breeze!
