Xuanji and his chest can be found at his stall in Mt. Mingyuan, Chenyu Vale. Fast travel to the waypoint south of the mountain then glide north to find them.

How to Open Xuanji's Chest

Fulfill Xuanji's Request

Genshin - Sweet Flower location

You will learn from Xuanji that he needs Sweet Flowers for his peculiar tea. He will also point you to a spot nearby where you can pluck such flowers, but the problem is Whopperflowers popping out is common arounds these parts.

Head to the tree below the waypoint and pick the Sweet Flowers to make three Pyro Whopperflowers appear. Defeat them and deliver the ingredients back to Xuanji and he will unseal the Exquisite Chest for you as reward.
