I know, she is so cute as a character! ^^ Her teaser is the epitome of kawaii. Klee is really good DPS, but a little difficult to play. Anyway, if you lose Klee, there are rumors that a 5 star Pyro Bow user will be released at 1.7. Also, you can wait until you can make her trial to decide. Klee is a safe bet, but you have the 21 days of the Eula's banner to decide.
I should really be saving my guarantee for Klee since I have only 2 pyro characters, and mostly cryos, but damn this is tempting
Yeah, we probably have a 5 star sucrose, the most waited Cryo waifu and a 5 star Amber coming soon. But, Ganyu was in the same situation with Xiao and Hu Tao in sight. I don't know, if the guys on Mihoyo feel that she can be a sales failure, (like the "Cryo Amber" would be), she can be buffed in to be broken, just in case.

She is made to be build Physical. Like Razor, the Cryo in her kit is there to proc Superconduct.
I was with the same impression, but they keep buffing her, like they did with Hu Tao. That made me think that Eula can be a strong niche DPS, like an anti fatui tech. Considering her numbers, Eula can probabily one shot (with her ult) all the enemies on the second part of 12-3. The only preparation needed would be her beating one of the mages to buld up the stacks.
Judging from the upcoming 5* weapon (Claymore: Songs of Broken Pines), said to be specifically and specially designed for her, has Physical DMG bonus as it’s stat - meaning it is highly likely for her to be based on Physical DMG, rather than Cryo.
