You clearly don't have Eula if you think her ult only does 20k damage. Her AA deals 20k-40k damage per hit and her E can hit up to 100k. She deserves to be top tier after Raiden came out and solved all her ER issues.

i wouldnt agree. 20k on burst sounds (especially for a 5 star) not much. venti reaches alone on skill 25k, same goes for yanfei normal charged and she's even a 4 star. anemo mc deals even 60-80k on burst and does physical also good dmg while bonus anemo and they are free characters. I mean eula is not bad but not of the top tiers either
what's more great for her skyward or wolf's gravestone? how about luxurious sea-lord?
I think I can agree on this one. My level 80 Eula has a bunch of disgusting artifact rolls mostly leading to EM rolls giving me 150 EM. I managed to get her crit to 55/110 with 130% ER and she deals a good amount of damage when paired with Baal's skill or Fischl's Oz even if they aren't built.

Cause some bosses have iframes, LOL... You don't want to fully charge your Burst only to find out the bosses happily iframed off your Burst.
Why is she just S-Tier aggainst Bosses? She deals massive dmg aggainst them because you can maximize your stacks on them...
Eula is a lot better than a lot of people one this website think. Even without her burst, she does a large amount of damage. Her limited weapon is not needed for her to hit hard. Pretty much any 4 star and even 3 star weapons can get her to do at least 20k or more on burst if charged, which can’t be said for some of the top tier characters. Of course, she is not as busted as characters such as Hutao or Ganyu, but she is very F2P and easy to build.
What cc? 2 grimheart stacks and xinyan shield and even azdaha has hard time throwing you
Why is everyone having hard time on her energy recharge? Use favonius greatsword instead of crying about her burst requires too much energy.
Be a true Alpha Chad and give her an ER Sands.
She is a fucking monster as sub for Diluc.
On Eula whose ult is a game changer then you can get away with it especially with Skyward pride which has a high base damage, a DMG multiplier passive and vacuum blades which scale based on physical damage
You can kill the wolf boss with Eula fairly easy. 90% of her damage kit is physical
She is not cyro, she is physical dps. You should be able to kill wolf without any problem with her. However, if you are undergear, then it might take a while since her ult is not easily manage.
Thats simple: people don't use to putting ER gear on Main DPS.
Fuck, I shouldn't have pulled her. Now, the only 5* I have are Xiao and Eula. The characters that I have no idea nor weapons nor artifact to use. I can't even fight the Big Wolf. He's immune to air and frost.
