Eula vs hu tao....? Should i pull for hu tao or wait for eula. My best shielder is diona. I have every 4 star character. With klee, kazuha, childe and baal.

Inazuma new weapon akuoumaru is insane for Eula. In refine 3 level 50, i got 190k dmg brust without bennet/sara/superconduct just with cryo rensonance

>>88 You clearly don't have Eula if you think her ult only does 20k damage. Her AA deals 20k-40k damage per hit and her E can hit up to 100k. She deserves to be top tier after Raiden came out and solved all her ER issues.

>>81 i wouldnt agree. 20k on burst sounds (especially for a 5 star) not much. venti reaches alone on skill 25k, same goes for yanfei normal charged and she's even a 4 star. anemo mc deals even 60-80k on burst and does physical also good dmg while bonus anemo and they are free characters. I mean eula is not bad but not of the top tiers either

what's more great for her skyward or wolf's gravestone? how about luxurious sea-lord?

>>81 I think I can agree on this one. My level 80 Eula has a bunch of disgusting artifact rolls mostly leading to EM rolls giving me 150 EM. I managed to get her crit to 55/110 with 130% ER and she deals a good amount of damage when paired with Baal's skill or Fischl's Oz even if they aren't built.

Why is she just S-Tier aggainst Bosses? She deals massive dmg aggainst them because you can maximize your stacks on them...
