For 12.3 if you have a hyper Raiden team you can just spam plunge attacks and the fight should be over pretty quick. Just did it on accident and it was honestly faster than the normal rotation with 109k plunges. GL and HF
I was able to clear 36 star at this abyss. I only realized I cannot clear it before because I don't actually level up my characters (lvl 81+) only the main dps. 💀

mine for f12 abyss 3.8 1st half Albedo, mona, xingqiu, kazuha 2nd half Yae, nahida, yelan, kuki and get this (cries)
srsly i build most of characters VERY well but im suck at rotation i mean.. how i utilized em in one team ( ；∀；) hutao i need ur service to bury me. Im tired but i want primo.
I think beidou is also strong in floor 12 specially to the lectors. Able to clear floor 12 with 1st Keqing kazuha fischl yao yao 2nd Nahida kuki fischl xingqui The problem is the 2nd chamber beidou will basically somewhat useless so change on rotation might occur
36 Star Team Floor 12 First Half: Raiden, Kazuha, Kuki, Yelan Second Half: Nahida, Xingqui, Thoma, Bennett The Floor 11 Monolith is challenging as well.
This abyss needs certain comp. 12.1.2 need pyro and the more the better. Dendro helps too. 12.2.2 is east. 12.3.2 is also easy, but need to have more than mono pyro. I had good success with Bennett/XL duo + kazuha/XQ and Bennett/XL +Nahida/XQ.
WOW this F12 abyss version is rly sumthing... b4 i had no problem completed it with 32~33 stars at first or second try but nlg I'd to try at least 6 times to clear the chamber 12-1-2 with 1* and no casualties.

I think really the only value Dehya can give more than others is the immortal poise to interruption for 9s followed by some stagger protection for the rest, and doing so without triggering the black serpent Knights who will inevitably stall if enraged state happens. Regardless, just use a different team instead of wasting effort via dehya. Unfortunately, Dehya offers pretty much nothing during a game's state where taking damage doesn't offer anything which may become a case in Fonta
