The maximum Adventure Rank in Genshin Impact is AR60.

This is currently the highest attainable Adventure Rank in the game, and also has a huge Adventure EXP requirement to reach.

There are many ways to increase your Adventure Rank, and that includes finishing Story Quests, clearing domains, and even discovering chests and waypoints.

What Happens after AR60?

After reaching AR60, the World Level remains at 8, and ensures that you have access to all kinds of in-game content such as Domains, Story Quests, and various events.

Reaching the highest AR and World level also guarantees the best material drops from daily and weekly boss enemies.

1.4 Developers Discussion

In the 03/02/2021 edition of the Developer's Discussion, MiHoYo gave a few updates with regards to Adventure Rank.

Maximum Adventure Rank

By Version 1.4, excess Adventure EXP received after reaching AR60 will be converted to Mora. This ensures that you will still be rewarded even after you have reached the highest Adventure Rank.

What is the Highest Character Level?

Currently, the highest Character Level in Genshin Impact is Level 90. This grants you maximum character stats and the ability to completely level-up your Talents (once you have the materials).

Ascension Level 6 (Lv. 80-90)

Ascension to level 90 requires a huge investment of materials and Mora. This means that it can take a few days to get the required materials for the last Ascension.
