That everyone can easily get their hands on. Outside of that, you have lots of room to flex with her teams. Also Hu Tao is not that hard to play. Even at c0. Just learn to press the space bar. unless your on mobile than rip.
Just cause you say something is mid is not the case. You know Lyney is like shark girl, Ayaka. Where they release alot of damage in one go. That a burst dps. Just cause you get big damages, doesn't mean they are better. You failed to taken into account set up time or down time. Which also. if Hu tao teams were so costly in the first place. Why didn't they move her down sooner? For they only gave that reasoning recently.
What that, mid Arlecchino players can't accept, that their favorite character is not always the best dps around? Easy to build. You know that rather bs with how rng relics are. Lyney does alot of damage up front, after that burst is over. His damage goes down. It clear you mid Arlecchino players don't understand what dps is. It means damage per second, not damage per screenshot. Of course mid Arlecchino players are not known for intelligence.

The tier list is also about how easy it is to build them, how comfortable they are, etc. Hu Tao is expensive, not just talents but needs cons and bis. Plus her gameplay isn't exactly what I'd call "comfortable". Comparing to Arle, Lyney and Gaming, honestly she should be lower

Yeah that that the odd thing. They made changes to their tier list. Yet it effects so few dps. Only to bring down two now only one former top dps, to a lower tier. Not due to them getting worst or anyone getting better. Just team cost. Like it seems odd this change effect so few characters. When you think it would have a far greater effect on the tier list overall.
Can they please keep potential DPS and investment requirement separate? Make investment requirement an own tier. Make team flexibility and dependency with other characters an own tier. And since we're at it, just make cc a tierlist as well. Why even bother. All non-fontaine characters are not SS, since no ouisa/pneuma. All non-natlan characters are not SS, since no new regional gimmick... This change doesn't even follow your own sites tier list criteria!!
So downgrading a character that can out dps, one of this sites own Ss tier characters, means they should of been down graded sooner?
you do know she can out dps Arlecchino right? Also they move Alhaitham back up to ss after downgrading him to S. Which also is the tier list not about power? Like if it about how costly teams are. They should state that up front. Not pretend oh this character needs to be downgraded due to being bad. Which is what most would think when they see a tier list. Not how costly it is to build their teams.

This character is..., definition of roller coaster in META chart.. First release : S Yelan release : SS (still S in my opinion, because her energy issue in C0) Sumeru release : S-A (dropped because new META) Fontaine release : still S-A Furina release : S-SS Xianyun release : SS (Xianyun help Hu Tao's problem in C0, changing her usual jump cancel combo to plunge, also reduce her needs for C1)
Hm, i thought it's because ol'DPS fans slandering Wrios first..
I don't want to use Xingqiu or Yelan(and I don't have Yelan). The Hydro Units I use are Nilou, Mona and Furina. I find it rather hard to use Furina and Hu Tao together. As A Shielder I use Layla. Are Nilou and Mona enough Hydro Application? How do I use them best? Is Mona with Prototype Amber okay with Hu Tao cause sometimes my Team dies? What should be my Rotation?
