It isn't tier A lol you've never used him, he is S, or even SS
i agree, shimenawa should be the 2nd best. he's barely anywhere near a swirl dmg dealer even for an anemo catalyst. I think they tested him while using swirl as the main dps check and not his sole dmg alone.
AR 60 here , Wanderer is my first c6 - he is the best for explanation - very comfy in abyss , spamming NA very fast covering all the field with auto targeting - up to 60 k NA , 70-90 k CA , 100-140 k x5 Burst , mild ? - low cooldown E , burst ready at the end of each E rotation , fast attack, no stamina for CA during E = perfect character -he got one of the best support ,Furuzan (c6 especially)
Wanderer is one of the best DPS in the game
-fly and makes enemies confused on what to do cus bad AI -literal free dodge that also shoot things that dmgs -infinite charged attack that makes everything flies -ult vacuums and dmg and can be casted while mid air **A RANK** like srsly even xinqiu alone as support is already enough for him since he get free dodges he can go as close as possible and benefit with that swirl, its quite insulting when he's this good he should be atleast SS rank but i guess ppl don't use dodge that much.
Put him on SSS exploration - Low CD on skill - Versatile on both Horizontal and Vertical air movements - Stamina recovers during skill duration - Anemo element, can easily trigger the resonance, and has a talent that reduces stamina spent Boggles the mind on how he's just better than everyone else at exploration yet is still at SS

That wanderer damage is carried by all the other top tier characters in the team. You can accomplish the same amount of damage with a Hiezou and Sucrose team, lol. I suggest you reconsider what makes people strong and which characters need crutches

Smh Guides* The entirety of his kit revolves around lots of fast hits and your top perk is charged attacks can be done infinitely. This is not show you they have no idea what they're talking about it's the antithesis of the kit

Tier SS in exploration, but his damage in general is somewhat depressing, I have with C1, Faruzan c6, his weapon, bennet and yelan. But if I compare it with Hutao inverted it is far behind, even with the same team if I put Xiao it does a better job. He is a character I would take out just for fun and clearing out the open world as he is rewarding. But he needs a lot of investment for a result not as high as one would expect.
