Genshin Impact has a Player Preferences Survey that you can answer to get a reward of 20,000 Mora.

You should receive a notification in the mail about the survey.

The link to the survey can be found at the bottom of the mail. It will open a browser in-game where you can answer the survey.

Questions on the survey are about the player's experience with some of the game mechanics and Elite monsters/enemies, as well as some general questions about the player's satisfaction with the game.

Once you have completed the survey, you will receive another mail with the 20,000 Mora reward.

A 300 Mora reward is available to receive whether you answer the survey or not.
