flins c1 makes up for not having ineffa so if you can c1 r1 and you should still match a c0 r1 flins with ineffa
I'm interested in flins and varka, but unfortunately I've been Saving up for kazuha C2 for too long to stop now. currently at 354 the 540 needed. Getting there! @_@
kinda sad that hoyo made flins a dps that would NEED ineffa. As someone who was looking forward to his release ever since I heard about it, I’m somewhat disappointed, since I’m f2p. I have very high pity but only enough for 1 character, I hope that flins can still do good dmg without her, please tell me if it’s worth pulling him.

On December 20. Genshin posted that we’ll be seeing characters one by one within the next 6 months. It seems Skirk won’t be within that promised time stamp.
"The banner dates" has Furina and Wriothesley written twice (copy pasted on phase 2 of 5.5) Just letting the writers know -w-
if you want a meta unit then go for furina. She buffs, heals and does sub dps damage. If you need a powerful unit to clear content then go for Furina. She would be a powerful addition to your team.She also helps exploration on water since she can walk on it. Try their characters in the trials first then decide which gameplay you like. I'm the type of person who doesn't care for meta so I just pull characters I love. It might not be the same for you or everyone.
Go for Furina. She can used almost on every team. I got Wryothesley as well, but he needs his c1 and weapon to reach a high potential. Furina is the best support even at only C0
i am new to genshin. i have only one 5 star character seigewinne. so who shall i choose in the next banner? furina or wriothesley? can anyone give me a proper reply!
bro, raiden is still meta if you're talking as a sub dps. Now if you play her as a dps then yeah technically she isn't meta, but she's still pretty high up on the list for best dps characters. But yeah I guess then she wouldn't be "meta" if we're strictly talking dps, although who's "meta" and who's not is kind of lame anyway. Play who you want. Any character can be good with the right investments. We got ppl out here running dps amber that does more damage than any of my "meta" character
After reading all comment i feel lucky becasue I am new about 5 month played and won every event char that I wanted even thogh I am f2p. Plz do not be jealous I just have this character nothing more: 1_raiden 2_kazuha 3_zhongli 4_arlechino 5_ neuv 6_nahida 7_...... Sorry mu bad I haven't furina yet that's just 6
Raiden Shogun is still strong, but nowhere near top meta anymore. If you're looking for the strongest DPS carries, that'd be Mavuika, Arlecchino, or Neuvilette, though pretty much all Natlan DPS characters are strong.
i quit end of sumeru with 400 rolls saved because i kept missing raiden shoguns banner (I have her e0). I wanted to get her e0 > e2 and try for her weapon When is her next banner? Is there another character thats more valuable yet?

Wish I knew before it was too late and I tried that hoping the pity points would help me get Xiao. I've been playing the game a while and I can't get a 5 star character to save my life. It's incredibly annoying. I have plenty of 4 star characters. Like serously I would be happy if I just had a single 5 stars but I have zero excluding traveller.
