Hello, I do not know if it is still usefull but here you have screenshots from every currently aviable ascension step for me. Screenshots are from weapon ascension screens so you can see stats and needed materials amount. If I do not forget i will post final screen with maxed weapon level when I get 50 AR. I see that i can only attach one picture so I will add rest in other posts. you can remove them after geting required info.

Basically its a heavy hitting weapon that focus on ATK and ATK only. 20% Increase ATK & plus 40% Increase ATK for all party member (Including the wielder) if you hit enemy that has less than 30% HP. The proc will triggered every 30s. You'll know when the weapon trigger the proc when you hear wolf howling and a small red wolf head above the wielder head As for Ascension Material Dandelion Gladiator Shackles Chaos Device/ Circuit/ Core Divining / Sealed / Forbidden Curse Scrolls

Yeah, not elemental, ATK % boost.

I got this weapon and it has atk% as a substat, while this page says its always elemental mastery
