I got Keqing at 2nd day playing this game (nov-2020) and the best artifact i use is thundersoother x 4, i hit crit elec dmg 13k and 16k w/water elemental reaction. i use lions roar sword r4 after event and im f2p player, i use primary stats ATK/ELEC DMG/ CRIT RATE w/sub stats CRIT RATE; CRIT DMG; ATK; ELEMENTAL MASTERY
She's a flexible character. Therefore, either physical or electro build suits her depends on your play style
Why Physical but not Electro? Most of the time she deal Electro Dame right?
Constellation or not she’s still effective.
Primordial Jade Sword & 4 piece soother is BIS for Keqing right now...This needs an update.
Its better to build her physical I have the aquila sword too so i build her physical 2 gladiators 2 (25%phy dmg bonus) and i give her a cup of electro dmg bonus with a crit rate crown and the others are attack% now she is amazing i can use her electro skills and her sharge attack to do phy dmg bonus

Primordial Jade Cutter is Keqing's new best weapon, by quite a long shot, actually. Can this be updated?
The best weapon for keqing is black sword for crit rate and at lvl 80 with right artifacts she’s at 75%crit with the black sword 90 after shes uses her alt
if u use black sword your already at 50% crit rate relatively easily. so stacking crit dmg becomes better. You also get 15% crit rate after you ult once you ascend 70/80 so its very easy for keqing to get high crit rate without crit rate mask.
Why go for Crit dmg on the hat artefact? She already gains crit dmg while ascending so it's more reasonable to use Crit Rate hat and then gain more crit dmg from substats

Electric is weak. Keqing would be better if she was fire.
I have the same setup on artifacts for dps except one, that is Electro dmg and works so good with the others due the electric attacks plus the critical damage.
Keqing converts her normal attacks to Electro, hence why elemental build is strong
Going elemental build on Keqing is useless her skills don't last long enough . Tried going crit route over dmg and as expected crit dmg based off normal dmg going all atk is best option with crit dmg on artifacts .
