Is she worth building at C3?
yes, c4 xiangling is arguibly one of the best dps in the game, on par with the top 3 in liyue.
So the emblem of severe fate is now the BiS set for her, I have a good 2noblesse and 2 Crimson, is better leave her with those sets or farm the other set, my Crit is 48.1/131. Also I'm leveling and getting the refinement for The Catch. (Right now is 70/70 R2)
Kitain cross spear is a better alternative than Dragon’s Bane as it still has that elementary mastery stat boost but also helps to charge her ult up. It works well because she isn’t usually on the field when guoba pops out the energy particles.
Cuz how broken her ult works, yes, like she can keep Bennet buff, after his ult ends, you can throw everything inside Bennet's circle and in the end press her Q and walk around burning everyone with still buff on
The Catch with R5 refinement is the best F2P option for her.
SS tier sub DPS are you sure?
Emblem of severed fate is the best artifact set for her for my support comp amp energy recharge and you dont even need godly sub stats
The Kitain Cross Spear is also very good on Xiangling :)

noblesse oblige 2 set will increase the power by 20%, upgrading her pyronado talent w/ diligent talent books, and a new polearm called the catch will be available through the fishing mini game in 2.1 which will boost elemental burst damage and crit

Because she is all about her burst not her skill

Yes, she is amazing with that 14 second burst uptime.
xiangling c4 is SS tier for me. cleared abyss with half assed built xingqiu, benny, chongyun, and her. albeit 0 stars lol
