It's not really "skill". It's more like... giving enough of a crap to look up what slightly more complicated string of buttons you gotta press for the rotation - and not having her jank out on you. Mualani's only harder than Neuvillette in the sense that you're shooting yourself in the foot 9 times out of 10 using her instead of him

She's also capable of missing a shot and ruining the entire rotation if there is just a little of hydro on enemy. Good luck in open world trying to play this single target trash on groups of enemies. You simps will say she's really good against turtle in stygian, but the same thing goes to Skirk, who is just stronger and better DPS overall. So there is literally no use left for Mualani. Except maybe for hot artworks with her, props to adult artists for that.
