raiden was massively powercrept by clorinde and varesa. scara was powercrept by xiao and chasca, but he has zero uses. at least raiden can be a hyperbloom trigger

You do realize that Scaramouche is ranker lower than C0 Raiden as a dps in your picture right? Even limiting Raiden to C0, instead of her normal dps C2, Scaramouche couldn't win. Thats ignoring the fact that Raiden had SS rank in sub-dps and support too, while Scara is just a dps. You proved Raiden has always been better than Scaramouche in every way, good job.

Ifa is "worse" if he is used as an anemo DPS, but as on field reaction driver (who he is) he is 5 times better and also much cheaper to use.
