Windrest Flowers are a unique cooking ingredient found only at Millhaven to the south of Dornman Port. These flowers are collected and found as sparkling spots within flower bushes.
How to Use Windrest Flowers
Exchanged for Special Perfume: Wind's Breath
Annick, the owner of Scents and Senses, is located at the westernmost house at Millhaven (as shown above). Here, players can exchange 5 Windrest Flowers for 1 Special Perfume: Wind's Breath each, a quest item.
Give Perfume to Three NPCs
After crafting 4 Special Perfume: Wind's Breath, open up your bag and use it once. Head to the three locations shown above and there should be three different NPCs you can talk to, Genna, Frith and Hannelore. Speak with them then select the dialogue that pertains to the perfume and hand over your other 3 Wind's Breath.
Then, visit the Bard, Elsie, at the small dock next to Millhaven as shown above. She will be asking you to show her three works of love for inspiration. After showing the three books, she will hand over 2 Hero's Wit and 21500 Mora as a reward.
Used in Forest Boar Pauses for the Bloom Quest
Speak to Leopoldine at Millhaven to activate the quest, Forest Boar Pauses for the Bloom. The quest will eventually prompt you to lure the forest boar with 3 Windrest Flowers by leaving them at the designated spot and waiting until 8:00 the next day.
