Around two of the Domain Control Modules can be acquired naturally while progressing through the A Long Day in the Mountains Quest Chain.

Randomly From Precious and Luxurious Chests

One of the Modules that you can get for the Secret Hall must come from getting it randomly via exploration, opening Precious and Luxurious Chests within the Temple of Space.

It should be noted that the various Luxurious Chests within the Temple of Space are only available through the Quest Chain mentioned above, and so it is more likely to find the last Control Module from a Luxurious Chest while doing the quest.

How to Use Domain Control Modules

Bring Three Modules to the Secret Hall of the Realms

Genshin - Secret Hall Location

Once you are in possession of all three modules, proceed to the Secret Hall of the Realms within the Pillar Hall Central Zone and approach the locked door, where you can interact with it.

Use Modules to Enter the Secret Hall

Genshin - Use at Secret Hall

There, the door will ask for your three modules, which will consume them and unlock the room, allowing you to go inside and claim the rewards.

Once players have unlocked the Secret Hall of the Realms, the rewards inside include a bunch of Artifact Pieces, and most significantly, one Dust of Enlightenment feather!
