You can get Durin's skin, Toward the Distant Horizon, by completing Durin's Story Quest: The Magic Known as Storytelling. Note that this quest requires at least 5 real life days due to the subquests being time-locked

Genshin - Durin Skin

While Durin's overall outfit retains the base clothes he had, this alternate skin has slight changes to the following accessories:

  1. The horns now have a light purplish glow covering the pointy top.
  2. His hair now has a dark diamond-like crown placed on his fringes.
  3. The locked heart design on his chest is now open.
  4. In addition, the red crystals around his clothes also glisten more.
