Genshin Impact - Asha Guide Colors

To unlock all Asha Paint Colors, you'll have to complete three additional quests in Easybreeze Holiday Resort. Unlocking all Paint Colors rewards you the Asha's Rainbow of Gravity achievement!

Swap Asha Colors Via the Dedicated Button

You can swap colors by pressing the dedicated buttons for Asha's color palette. For players in PC, the dedicated button is Z, while players who are using a controller should use L1 + Circle to swap colors.

Conversely, players who are on mobile can touch the on-screen button for Asha to swap their palette!

How to Use Asha

Fire Paintballs

Asha are able to paint surfaces and can also erase color by selecting Invisicolor. These are primarily used to create Chromaline Graffiti that deal little to no damage to enemies.

Make use of this ability to showcase your creativity by painting different walls or chrome murals. This may even open some puzzles and reward you with treasures!

Traverse Water and Land

Genshin Impact - Asha Guide Water and Land

Asha are able to walk across water as well as consume phlogiston to sprint on both water and land.

Climb Inclines

Genshin Impact - Asha Guide Climbing

Asha can climb inclines without consuming phlogiston. However, they are not able to sprint across them. Players can jump up the incline if they press the jump control but if they hold jump while on an incline, they will move away from the surface and fall back down.

Jump and Hover

Genshin Impact - Asha Guide Jump and Hover

Asha are able to jump and hover by holding the spacebar or holding the jump key. They do not float back down so they can still take fall damage after from certain heights

Indefinitely Hover to Aim

Genshin Impact - Asha Guide Hovering

Ashas can indefinitely hover by firing a paintball or paintballs after jumping.

Grapple

Genshin Impact - Asha Guide Grapple

Players can use Asha to grapple to pull themselves to great distances. There are designated purple stars around the Easybreeze Holiday Resort where Asha can grapple towards.

Restore HP and Phlogiston

Genshin Impact - Asha Guide Restore HP and Phlogiston

Similar to Saurians, Ashas can restore their HP and Phlogiston at designated recharge stations

Asha is a variant of Monetoo and a mascot of the new Easybreeze Holiday Resort in Natlan who have a passion and aptitude for painting!

Connected to the Mare Jivari

In the quest, The Last Survivor of Tenochtzitoc, it was revealed that the Asha only appeared when the Mare Jivari disappeared 20 years ago. Their names have dual meanings, ''benevolent soul'' and ''ashes.''

The ''ashes'' is a reference to the fact that those who had died in Mare Jivari had turned to ashes, their souls trapped. It is now believed that the Asha are monetoo with a soul that came from those who perished in Mare Jivari.

Became an Asha Monetoo
The fact that Bennett's biological parents, which were revealed in the Sunspray Summer Resort quests to have been a pair of Natlan adventurers who perished in Mare Jivari, came back as Asha supports the theory of the Asha being souls of those who came from that land.
