Mizuki needs to be onfield to buff with elemental mastery while xilonen can be off field, she is DPS and cant buff like xilonen because mizuki needs to be onfield to work her constellations look good though you need to be onfield, hope she gets a buff later with newer artifacts, we need a swirl artifact
wasted 160wish+qiqi. she feel very weak for on field dps. my advice better w8 for 7month for 5*anniversary gift (unless you want to ogle her pose)
Her skill seems to continue to attack while she is staggered from interruption. Also it still attacks during her burst animation.
Maybe i am wrong, but the description is to increase elemental damage. Xilonen decrease elemental resistance. I don't know which is better, but one of both will be better for specific mobs.

lol, even this standard char still better than that 5* falling meta, they give u free 5* just for marketing (and successful because the game goes high selling at this moment), but now he's fall rapidly (must wait FUA meta comeback again)

sadly no, saying you build her, she is a main dps, sucrose deals more damage than her, utility in teams is pretty low as she only works onfield, in c6 damage increase though is not that much, she only moves to deal damage, good for exploration bad as a DPS, as a healer is Sigewinne, Sucrose offer a better kit as a support and dps, adding she is easier to C6

uhh nope C2 Mizu = Anemo Xilonen (eh, Kazuha cant heal lmao) . For the next banner (spoiler alert): . . . . . . Iansan: Electro Bennett (4 stars also) Varesa: Catalyst Gaming but 5*
B at C0, well yes.. . But SS (i guess) at C2. I mean, in C2 she became Xilonen (and also Kazuha got his new nemesis again) . I think, better to increase her tier after she entered Standard Banner
