So, he's Anemo and Natlanese. Dayum, he's definitely character that fit for MAJORITY support artifacts. You want elemental shred? Use Viridescent Venerer. You want elemental buff? Use Cinder City. You want ATK buff? Use Noblesse (or Tenacity if his Skill deals continuous damage). If this char use Catalyst, use Prototype Amber and take Song of the Day Past. You want EM buff? Use Instructor. You want ER buff? Use Exile.

So he's the healer support from Natlan I guess. I hope he ends up being a potential Bennett replacer at least in Mavuika/Natlan teams so that I can give Bennett to Arle, though it's probably unlikely :(
