Ohh my lordie this game has been out for four years now and you guys still keep saying " the characters this or that" JUST PULL OR SKIP simple. I mean from the clip I saw she was using a sword riding a motorcycle...I mean that's cool as hell ..can't believe they r putting arle in 2nd half of the banner..what is Hoyo thought process on this? Maybe it's a trial test on whether f2p players can be separated from their wallet😂

Noelle is one of the most bottom tier characters and yet that doesn't stop her from being able to be built to casually do 35k plus damage with her ult. Mavuika could easily be in the same boat, and all it just really takes is for her to have some damn good supports to help her do crazy damage.
Understandable. But you also gotta remember that Mavuika doesn't NEED to be the best. There are numerous characters in the game right now that are okay, mid, bad and just awful. But you've got to consider the factor that while Mavuika isnt "the best" she is still generally a very likeable character that a lot consider her as their favorite. Especially me, I fuckin love her. So while she isnt the greatest, that doesn't mean she still couldn't pump out crazy numbers. Take Noelle for example
Pyro does NOT need sub dps, it already HAS a sub dps. 2 of them actually. Xianling and Amber. But you know out of all the playable Archons is a dps? None of them. There isn't a single main dps Archon yet and that very dps is going to be mommy Mav. I can see why her performance as a sub dps isn't that good, becuase she ISN'T a sub dps.

They made the Archon a dps and not even the best one which is crazy.if you have both arle and nuvi theres very little reason to get her
She doesn't enable teammates from outside Natlan to use the new artifact set. Sure, you can put cinder city on her to give elemental DMG bonus, but Xilonen is a better option for that set because she shreds resistances too. I'm sure Mavuika will be an outstanding DPS, perhaps the strongest, but I expected something else, something more... Versatile.
Honestly speaking, she's bit of disappointing. Or maybe Furina was such a good archon, that anything coming after her just feels underwhelming. Furina gave a massive buff to all team members, bringing back to life a lot of off-meta teams back into relevancy. Not only that, but she also enabled any DPS to use the Fontaine artifact ser that gives Crit rate after HP fluctuations. On the other hand, Mavuika is an onfield DPS. She doesn't grant night soul points, she doesn't buff team-wide [1]
The twitter embed seems a little wonky. Also i was wondering, why doesnt game8 support beta information such as tacter and icyveins https://www.icy-veins.com/genshin-impact/mavuika-guide-best-builds for example, but you can see people talking in the comments about this stuff albeit with varying degrees of accuracy.

Other Archons are always best at something. Mavuika however, isn't the best main, much less sub... nor best buffer... neither best applicator... neither best support. Her exploration skills are always surpassed by another character... and she is the only archon needing characters from a specific region (natlan) to perform better (burst). I can see a lot of people skipping her for those reasons (myself included). Right now... Mavuika is a disappointment, specially as an Archon.
Mavuika is a disappointment atm Pyro needs SUB DPS and she was supposed to be the savior. But her sub dps performance don't even has 100% uptime like Nahida, Zhongli, Raiden or Furina... and is very weak. Also: Zhongli - Best shield Nahida - Best dendro application Venti - Best crowd control Raiden - Best battery Furina - Best support Mavuika - Best... against Wayobs (What?????????)
with Natlan chars: buff them at least 80% dmg without Natlan chars: buff them at least 65% dmg So yeah, she's XL (mavu's off-field damage are similar with XL), Benny (not buff ATK but DMG increase, a.k.a ATK% goblet is Benny subsitute), and Diluc (Pyro claymore on-field DPS) combined in one (like majority players want)
