no it's useless it's around 10% dmg increase, not needed. I prefer not to be bothered by irrelevant things and equip same set for both Citlali and Catgirl so Catgirl can be used in different team comps without the need to swap her build. If you like to minmax and play this game like an aderal driven "cool-looking" kid, then feel free to equip her with it
For Citlali-Xilonen team comps, Xilonen should instead equip the instructor for Melt or the archaic petra for freeze teams (or also for melt if you already have high em on the pyro dps) since the cinder city set is a must on Citlali.

Xilonen C2 > Xilonen + Her weapon > Xilonen C1
c2 gives a pretty gnarly boost to her teams, her sword does work her set to making the element shred substantial. If you got the primos, get both. If you hard to pick one, I’d say sword.

sure it does, usage rate means majority of the people prefer to play that cuz its strong and easy to use. Also just using speedrun video clears is not a good way to show a characters strength. Look at mualani, at c0 investments she actually has the best speedrun team but her usage rate is trash cuz she is hard to play. And Xilonen is one of the best support and easy to use so it makes sense she is broken
She is very good at supporting the group, you can invest with low cost. She is also beautiful, except for the skin, I hope they will update her new skin in the future.
